Old mixers may be stronger than new mixers despite having less power in watts because they were built with more durable materials and construction techniques. Older mixers were often made with metal gears and components, whereas newer models may use more plastic parts that are prone to wear and breakage. Additionally, older mixers may have been designed with a heavier base or more stable construction, providing better stability and resistance to vibrations during use, resulting in a more effective mixing performance. **
