However, playing Origins first may provide some background and context for the overall Assassin's Creed universe, as well as a better understanding of the game mechanics and world-building. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and whether you want to experience the games in chronological order. **

Calling the horse in Assassin's Creed Origins doesn't work because the game developers wanted to make the experience more immersive and realistic. Instead of magically summoning the horse at any time, players are required to physically locate and mount the horse, adding an element of strategy and planning to the gameplay. This decision also encourages players to explore the vast open world of Ancient Egypt on foot, discovering hidden locations and engaging in spontaneous encounters along the way. **
